I have had depression symptoms since college, a long time and the majority of my life. I have been on various medications since college, and I have had therapists for talk therapy since 2005. My therapists and I have worked through at least a dozen traumatic events in my life. My current therapist, who I have been seeing since August 2018, recommended TMS, the least invasive choice on a list of options she gave me. Before TMS therapy, I was moody, mercurial, sad and crying most of the day.


I felt relief from my overbearing, all-consuming depression after my first 20-minute session. I have felt as if a gray cloud has been lifted from my life.


I am seeing brighter colors. I have patience with strangers. I am able to complete large, complicated tasks once again.
