Kaitlyn Galant

Kaitlyn began her journey with Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in June 2019, starting as a Behavioral Health Technician in Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Akron in 2017, which laid the foundation for her career in behavioral health. After graduation, Kaitlyn worked as an ABA therapist before discovering Greenbrook and its impactful treatment methods.

Initially joining Greenbrook as a TMS Technician, Kaitlyn quickly demonstrated a passion for patient care and an aptitude for leadership, advancing to the role of Regional Trainer for Ohio. In May 2021, she transitioned to the role of Consult Coordinator, where she helped guide patients through their TMS and Spravato treatments.

In February 2025, Kaitlyn took on the role of Manager of Regional Operations for Ohio and Michigan, overseeing operations and ensuring the continued success of the company in these regions. Throughout her career, Kaitlyn has been proud to witness firsthand the positive transformation of many patients' lives through TMS and Spravato.

With a strong foundation in behavioral health and a commitment to improving patient outcomes, Kaitlyn continues to make a meaningful impact at Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers.
