Ami Patel joined Greenbrook TMS in October 2024, bringing nearly 18 years of healthcare management experience. She began her career with an undergraduate degree in accounting, but while working as an optician during college, she quickly discovered her passion for direct patient care.

Her career flourished in the optical field, where she led high-performing teams and prioritized exceptional patient experiences. Driven by a deep commitment to quality care and patient advocacy, Ami recently transitioned into the mental health space to continue making a meaningful impact.

As Regional Operations Manager, Ami oversees multiple clinical locations, focusing on operational excellence, team leadership, and fostering a culture centered on compassionate, patient-first care.
