Keith Mateland, PMHNP-BC, MS, APRN

"Les" Keith Mateland, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC joined Greenbrook in 2025 at the Sarasota and Bradenton locations. Les is dedicated to partnering with his patients to foster hope, health, and healing through a holistic, individualized approach to mental wellness. By addressing the mind, body, and spirit, he aims to uncover and treat the root causes of mental health challenges while offering personalized interventions.

His experience includes treating patients in critical care units, house supervisor of a large detox/residential drug and alcohol facility and providing outpatient psychiatric services in person and via telehealth. Before going into healthcare in 2016, he had over 23 years of experience in the corporate world, with various leadership responsibilities in the enterprise data security sector.

Les is passionate about family time, international travel, leading medical mission trips, and golf.
