Ritu Gupta, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN

Ritu Gupta is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience and more than 12 years in advanced practice. She is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Fairfield University and has specialized psychiatric training through Yale New Haven Hospital’s Emergency Department Crisis Intervention Unit (CIU).

Ritu has advanced clinical experience in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® (esketamine) therapy, along with training in evidence-based psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her background spans primary care, chronic pain management, and psychiatric crisis intervention, allowing her to provide comprehensive, whole-person care.

She is dedicated to delivering trauma-informed, individualized treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex mental health conditions, integrating medication management, interventional therapies, psychotherapy, and holistic approaches.

Ritu is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and holds active APRN licensure in Connecticut and New York. She is passionate about expanding access to high-quality psychiatric care through telemedicine and innovative mental health technologies.
