As Founder and CEO of Greenbrook, Bill is pioneering the accessibility of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy (TMS), a revolutionary medical treatment for individuals suffering with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Bill has assembled a medical team of leading practitioners in the fields of neurology and psychiatry to provide patients with cutting-edge treatment and compassionate care.

For more than 20 years, Bill has provided operational and strategic leadership in the development of medical devices, pharmaceuticals and healthcare services. As President of the Bio-Pharmaceutical Division for Euclid Vision Corporation, Bill procured FDA strategy for an ophthalmic drop that was successfully approved to undergo clinical trials. Bill also served as President of TLC Vision Refractive Surgery Division (TLC), the leading provider of ophthalmic refractive surgery services in the United States. At TLC, Bill piloted a comprehensive business strategy and leadership generating over 200 million dollars in revenue with 900 employees, and a client base of 13,000 eye care professionals.
