Regional Center Manager | Charlotte, NC

Full time position now available within Greenbrook TMS NeuroHeath Centers. Here at Greenbrook, we utilize a breakthrough treatment modality for treating depression and OCD, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, also known as TMS Therapy.

The Regional Center Manager (RCM) is responsible for centers located from North Carolina to South Carolina. Primary duties include HR responsibilities of each location (hiring, onboarding, etc), clinical oversight (staff coverage, scheduling, auditing), and business oversight (centers’ maintenance, business targets & objectives, special projects)

The Regional Center Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of up to 10-15 current clinics, across North Carolina and South Carolina. The ideal candidate must have multi-site management experience, is flexible as it pertains to their schedule, possesses strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, understands insurance medical necessity guidelines, has worked in a healthcare setting for at least three years. This is a challenging role with room for growth & travel within region & out of it. This candidate will come to the interview prepared to discuss Greenbrook, TMS, and a plan to impact Greenbrook’s North and South Carolina regions, while possessing a high degree of inquisitiveness.

HR Responsibilities

  • Interviews center staff candidates, provides onboarding & training oversite.
  • Manages staff’s schedule for coverage, PTO, sick leave, etc
  • Conducts performance reviews for center-level staff
  • First point of contact for employee & patient needs/complaints

Clinical Oversight

  • Works with Regional Director on patient flow management and directs Patient Consultants as needed
  • Manages auditing function of clinical operations & documentation
  • Reviews clinic schedule each week with PC & center staff

Business Oversight

  • Rotates throughout territories on regular basis (minimum 1x monthly visits to each location)
  • Works with Regional Director on metrics pertaining to operations & directing efforts of staff as discovered
  • Provides oversight & support for company events within the respective region as needed
  • Maintains the center in good, functional order
  • Assists in special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, psychology, or a related field preferred, OR
  • 3 years of Medical office management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce experience
  • Proven track record of business development as it pertains to:
  • Recruiting new physicians to offer TMS within existing centers
  • Market analysis & understanding of region's market
  • Ability to read & negotiate contracts with physicians
  • Understanding of real estate contracts, pricing, market positioning
  • Strong knowledge of TMS & psychiatry preferred, but can train right candidate
  • Proven record of managing multiple direct reports in multiple offices
  • Ability to accommodate significant travel in local market and out-of-state quarterly
  • Proven ability as a self-starter; can direct a team with minimal oversight & hit targeted objectives
  • Must be a great communicator & willing to work with a team
  • Superior decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple objectives effectively
  • Demonstrable critical thinking skills
