Regional Administrative Coordinator | Texas

Full-time position now available at Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers which utilizes a breakthrough treatment modality for treating depression, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or TMS Therapy. Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is seeking a Regional Administrative Coordinator who will be our patients’ first point of contact for new patients calling in, referred to, or requesting Greenbrook’s services.

Greenbrook’s Patient Access Center is a decentralized, multi-site inbound call center supporting Greenbrook’s offices screening & scheduling initial consultations for patients seeking our services, as well as triaging general inbound inquiries from patients. Scheduling initial consults for the patient during the initial call is the primary function of the Patient Access Center while delivering an excellent patient experience consistent with Greenbrook’s standards

The goal of the Regional Administrative Coordinator in Texas is to be the first point of contact for new patients calling in, referred to, or requesting Greenbrook’s services. The position will cover Austin & Houston locations initially; with a plan to transition to either the Houston or Austin region as future development of in-region centers continues.

This position can be located in either our Houston or Austin locations, and will remain the regional administrative coordinator in whichever region they are located once the development of the regions exceeds their capacity.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing leads
  • Reporting statistical activity to center manager
  • Triaging calls from patients
  • Scheduling appointments

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years medical office reception experience required, preferably in a mental health office setting
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

  • Self-starter and self-manager
  • Exemplifies strong work ethic and operates with highest level of integrity
  • Acts courteously with all patients, staff, management, and doctors
  • Detail oriented and efficient time management
  • Bilingual - Spanish
