Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is seeking a customer service representative to be the first point of contact for new patients calling in, referred to, or requesting Greenbrook’s services. This position primarily covers the Greenbelt/Columbia region, but may answer out-of-region calls for the purpose of scheduling consults. The position is located initially in the Columbia center but will be moved to the Greenbelt center in the near future. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week with shifts from 11am-8pm, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday from 7am-4pm.
Greenbrook’s call center is a decentralized, multi-site inbound call center supporting all locations with screening & scheduling initial consultations for patients seeking our services, as well as triaging general inbound inquiries from patients. Inbound & outbound calls are expected to exceed 100 calls/emails per day with continued growth. Strong organization & customer service compliance are required.
