We are looking for a dynamic, creative, productive and highly organized individual who will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing applicants for various clinical, administrative and management positions throughout Greenbrook TMS. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clinical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Must be an exceptional multi-tasker with strong written/verbal communication skills, with a passion for furthering mental healthcare access and reducing stigma through awareness. Corporate offices located in McLean, Virginia.

Telecommuting a few days during the week is an option.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processes job requisitions.
  • Coordinates with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s).
  • Posts open positions on applicable job boards.
  • Reviews resumes and conducts initial phone screens with qualified applicants.
  • Conducts employment verifications.
  • Completes weekly report on employment activity.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions as requested from upper management.
  • Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals.
  • Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.

Required Education and Experience

  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources.
