Greenbrook TMS is seeking a full-time call center leader able to provide vision and direction, driving access, growth, and consistent exceptional service for our patients. The Patient Access Center Manager ensures an exceptional patient experience and sets the tone from the start to meet our patients' expectations for access to care and service at Greenbrook through our Patient Access Center, a decentralized, multi-site inbound call center supporting Greenbrook’s offices screening & scheduling initial consultations for patients seeking our services, as well as triaging general inbound inquiries from patients.
