Business Development Coordinator | McLean, Virginia

We are looking for a dynamic, productive and highly organized individual who will report to our Director of Development and work closely with our Project Manager. This individual will assist with the opening of Greenbrook TMS centers throughout the US.

This team player must be an exceptional multi-tasker with strong written/verbal communication skills, self-directed, energetic along with a strong sense of urgency.

The position will be in our corporate offices located in McLean, Virginia.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Tracking charts that illustrate project schedules, tasks and the duration of projects.
  • Provide weekly updates to Project Manager/Director of Development of scheduled cycles to help ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Assist in preparation of contracts and floor plans.
  • Comfortable performing administrative functions and organizing documents; including obtaining required signatures when needed.
  • Tracking inventory orders for centers, delivery dates, etc.
  • Self-directed and able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in the identification process of new geographical regions- research competition, population density, etc.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3 year experience with mid (or all) level of administration
  • Impeccable phone mannerism
  • Able to concentrate on multiple tasks at once.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient skills computer including Microsoft office suite, word, excel, updating calendars
